1. Returns
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at info@aureavenus.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
